I was hired as a Content Writer at a non-traditional plaintiffs' firm in 2012 and was promoted to Director of Content & Marketing in 2015. During my tenure, I managed hundreds of national marketing campaigns, hired and managed a team of four, and grew projected case revenue by 500% during a time of explosive growth. I was the lead designer for three websites and over 30 landing pages, pioneering the firm’s PPC model. I worked closely with the founding partners to modernize the firm’s branding, style guidelines, training methods, and change management.
